I never thought I would be someone who spoke about God. This isn’t about religion or belief systems. It’s about something I’ve been experiencing within myself. A dissolving of the separation I once held between God and consciousness. Between spirituality and religion. Between what I believed and what I resisted. In this conversation, I explore what God means to me now, how I see sin and confession through awareness, and why I believe so much of the disconnection we see in the world is rooted in the separation we hold within ourselves. In this video I go deeper into the nervous system and explain how patterns and conditioning form in the body over time. Using money as an example, I share how experiences in childhood can create survival responses within the nervous system. When we are young and exposed to stress or fear around certain topics, the body switches into protection mode. If those emotions are never fully processed, the nervous system stores the response and begins repeating it whenever similar situations arise later in life. This is how many of the patterns we experience around money, relationships, self worth, and career are created. They are not personal failures or “blocks,” but protective responses the body learned in order to keep us safe. I also explain why learning to regulate the nervous system creates space for awareness. When the body is no longer in constant survival mode, we can begin to notice sensations, emotions, and patterns as they arise rather than unconsciously repeating them. From this place of awareness, the body can start to release old conditioning and return to its natural regulated state where energy, clarity, and intuition can flow more freely. I also share a personal example of how coping mechanisms can sometimes act as stepping stones when the nervous system is highly activated, and why meeting the body where it is can be an important part of the regulation process. In this video I speak about the nervous system and why regulation is such an important starting point when you are wanting to deepen self awareness and intuition. I explain the three main nervous system states: fight or flight, the regulated vagal state, and the freeze or withdrawal state. Many people unknowingly swing between being highly activated during the week and numbing out on the weekend, which keeps the body stuck in survival mode. When the body feels safe and regulated, awareness becomes clearer. You can sense emotions, bodily cues, and your own intuition much more easily. I also share simple ways to begin regulating your nervous system throughout the day using small, practical shifts like sunlight, breath, movement, reducing stimulation, and learning to pause. This is not about creating a perfect routine. It is about rebuilding a relationship with your body so that awareness can become more available in everyday life.
