If you keep replaying conversations in your head, if you feel a lump in your throat when you want to speak your truth, or if small triggers turn into big reactions, you’re not failing.
 
You’re likely moving through patterns that haven’t yet been fully seen.
 
You don’t need to be calm or spiritual to begin. You’re invited to pause and gently understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface often where relationships, emotions, and old conditioning meet.
 
Through Mind–Body Awareness Sessions, we work directly with what’s real in your life — the argument, the shutdown, the resentment, the overthinking.
 
We move through three layers:
  • The mind - understanding the story, the trigger, and the pattern.
  • The body - noticing and allowing emotional sensations to move instead of suppressing or reacting.
  • Awareness - seeing clearly so your response begins to change naturally.
 
Motherhood, relationships, emotional patterns, identity shifts, stress, fatigue - all of it is welcome. These are not distractions from the work. They are the work.
 
This isn’t about becoming someone new or learning how to “do relationships better.”
It’s about understanding your patterns so you can respond with steadiness instead of reactivity.

Hi, I’m Kate.

I’m a mother, a partner, and an intuitive mind–body practitioner.

 

For most of my adult life, I’ve been deeply curious about why we react the way we do in relationships why we repeat patterns, shut down, overgive, or lose ourselves in closeness.

 

Over the past decade, I’ve explored mind–body work, life coaching, Reiki, Tarot, and intuitive practices. Not as identities to collect, but as doorways into understanding myself more honestly.

 

I’ve navigated motherhood, long-term partnership, identity shifts, emotional triggers, burnout, and the unraveling of old relational patterns in my own life.

 

What changed everything wasn’t another technique. It was learning how to sit with what was actually happening in my body and nervous system instead of reacting from it.

 

That shift from reaction to awareness is the foundation of my work. I don’t offer advice from the outside. I work from lived experience, grounded practice, and years of walking through the same relational storms many women find themselves in.

 

When you sit with me, you’re not sitting with someone who has bypassed life.

 

You’re sitting with someone who has met it fully and learned how to move through it with steadiness.
