Awareness is not mine, nor anyone’s alone. It is what includes us all, moving through each life in its own way. In this life, it expresses through motherhood, relationships, the body, and the ordinary details of each day.

Sometimes it flows as words, sometimes as voice, sometimes in the collective field, sometimes in the intimacy of sitting together.

Lately I’ve been watching how life holds opposites.

There’s a paradox unfolding everywhere and I’m no longer trying to resolve it. Just letting it be.

I used to think presence meant needing everything to feel light. Now I know presence just means letting it all be held.
The dark sky. The soft sea. The human heart.

We don’t need to fix what is.
We only need to be with it.

That’s the shift.
That’s the peace.

You know what’s really landing for me lately?

Just how vast and intelligent consciousness truly is.
And even more… that we are that.

We’re not separate from the intelligence that shaped our lives.
The same presence that created Kate… that brought everything into being… lives as me.

When I identify with the mind, it all feels messy, hard, chaotic.
But now, sitting in presence, I see the thread.
Everything is placed with divine precision.

Even the detours.
Even the breakdowns.

None of it was by accident.

And when I’m still… I remember:
I am that vast intelligence.

Above the clouds… this is where I remember.☁️

As I fly toward Perth, I’m looking out the window and feeling it so clearly—
This is awareness.

Not lost in the clouds of thought.
Not entangled in the turbulence of emotion.
Just gently above it all—watching, witnessing, resting.

It’s the same thing I noticed earlier this morning…

I woke early. My mind was already in motion—organising, preparing, doing.
And for a while, I stayed in the thoughts.
Until… I noticed.

That subtle shift when I dropped back in.
The thoughts were still there—but I wasn’t in them anymore.
And in that moment, everything lifted.
Peace returned.

This is the space I hold in my work.
It’s not about escaping the mind.
It’s about remembering the sky that holds the mind.
The part of you that is always steady, clear, and untouched—no matter what storms pass through.

The term ‘matrix’ is just a symbol we’ve adopted—a shortcut for describing limitation. But like all words, it’s open to interpretation.

There was a time when life felt like an emotional rollercoaster.

After spending a few days away, I’ve been reflecting on something profound.
There was a time when traveling—being around a lot of people, different energies, and environments—would leave me feeling mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, and physically depleted.
I thought I needed to clear myself afterward, to process everything I had “picked up” along the way.

But this trip was different.
Something has shifted.

Ever since a kid, I’ve felt this pull to teach. (The career path was to become a primary school)

I’d fill journals with ideas, plan workshops, create workbooks…
And for some reason, they never felt complete.

Now I get why.

I was trying to teach from the mind to the mind.
And there’s nothing wrong with that,
But it was never going to feel whole for me—
Because the truth isn’t something to figure out.

It’s already here.

So things are shifting.
I’m not here to teach about consciousness.
I’m here to be it.

You create the quiet within, as in watch your children play while focusing on your breath. It can take time, but allow everything to play out in front of you without a mental description.

This is a fraction of the visual I downloaded the other night during a psychic self healing sess.
As I write this is 1.11 ✨

One of my guides showed me how little the mind is in comparison to the body, yet that’s where we spend most of our time.
In order to make changes in your life, shifting your focus to your body is the easiest way to create self-awareness as you cannot think your way through your thoughts! Trust me I’ve tried, it’s the ego judging the ego, it ends up feeling OVERWHELMING because it’s a viscous cycle of never-ending thinking and analysing.

Mindsets shifts occur when you can see it from outside the mind.

If you are like me I’ve had belief systems and thought patterns from childhood, so imagine trying to use the tool that creates the thoughts to change the thoughts - ITS LIKE PUSHING A ROCK UP A FUCKEN HILL!

Shifting focus into body, allows you to feel into your emotions which is giving you real time guidance of what your thoughts are doing to you and your life experience.
Negative emotions meaning, something needs your attention, it’s time to expand and grow. You are in a contraction phrase, time to release.
Positive emotions mean keep going, continue with the good feelings. You are in an expansion phrase, enjoy it!

You can also feel into discomforts and physical ailments that need your attention because PAIN means “PAY ATTENTION INWARDS NOW” your body is screaming at you as you ignored the emotional manifestation around those thoughts or beliefs and it’s now getting louder.
You are unconsciously creating a contraction within your body, time to release it.

The body is key to shifting your mindset, it’s also the receiver of intuition and guides, not the mind so moving into the larger part of you, the direct communication vessel allows you to remember your power!

That feeling of fear, is simply a notification!
It’s letting you know that whatever thoughts or beliefs you have around this topic isn’t how the soul is seeing and KNOWING it for you.

Soul has an advantage of knowing everything you want, and the best way of getting it through least resistance - it’s always guiding you.

If fear arises it’s a moment to stop and tune in…

1. See what thoughts or beliefs you currently have (as they are not serving you and your expansion)

2. Get curious with other possibilities that are available to you.

3. Connect to the body, there could be an emotion that hasn’t been processed that’s creating this discord (feeling of fear).
Process/feel that.

4. Ask soul for further clarification (we all have connection to soul/intuition/energy realm it’s just about practice) ask what you need to know about this fear - it will always tell you when you are in a receiving mode.

You are as limitless as you BELIEVE you are!

If you fear something’s it’s simply because the mind and the soul are having a disagreement about it, that’s your moment to move through it, transmute whatever is creating the disagreement.

Soul will never put you in a position you aren’t ready for, but the mind will always be acting from its limited view point because it only knows the past.

Feel through life.
Live intuitively.
That’s where the most adventure is.

Trusting emotions as they are always telling you something!!

A friendly reminder for those who need to hear it.

I was finding myself getting angry and annoyed in the last few days because I didn’t have the time or space to myself like I was used to while the kids are at school but on my drive home after dropping to his dads, the awareness of how life is made up of all these small moments, how thinking about what I am used to and how I don’t have it right now is wasting my life, wasting the time with my children!!
Reminding myself that thinking about how it should be or what I would rather is an energy taker, when life is right in front of me - staring at me through the eyes of my children, my partner, all the little moments.

How I needed that reminder.

When you realise that you are here for the human experience ✨

I used to use spiritually, particularly meditating to escape this human experience, wanting spirit to take me to the spiritual realm (take me home) and escape the dense-ness and confusion of this body.

Not understanding that the spiritual realm is here, that I am it!

That this body is simply my vehicle to experience the spiritual realm through feelings, sensations, visions, other humans, life experiences for the inevitable expansion and most importantly joy!

Something I have learnt over many years is that escaping this body isn’t the answer and if you feel this need to escape or disassociate is simply showing you the true distance between you and spirit. A hard truth I also had to learn was that I created the separation, mostly unconsciously.

There are many reasons why we dissociate / want to escape…traumatic experiences, allowing lower frequencies to consume us, suppressing emotions to mention a few.

The main reason this physical realm felt heavy to me was a lack of understanding emotions and believing I shouldn’t feel them, that I am too much, too emotional and suppressed them from a young age. I didn’t know how to allow the energy to flow through my body, and would store it all which would cause ‘me’, this body to feel heavy and dense. Without knowing how to feel, imagine the energy I stored when I experienced trauma, toxic relationships, physical pain… I had created a huge separation within because I didn’t know how to deal with it.

When you line back up with spirit and remember who you are, ohhh the feeling is indescribable.
The lightness I feel in my body is like nothing I have felt in this lifetime and every time I allow my emotions to flow, more space (good flowing energy) is created within, the more I connect to the spiritual realm and the more experiences I have, both physical and receiving non physical and this so much fun.

I can connect to loved ones who are in the spiritual realm, while enjoying my children in front of me, I get to enjoy the best of everything!

On average, how do you feel? Either answer below or reflect on your own.

When someone experiences trauma — particularly events that are severe, such as abuse, loss, betrayal, or a life-threatening situation — it can feel like the impact of that event is so large and all-encompassing that it’s difficult to fully integrate it into the sense of self. The emotional, psychological, or even spiritual pain can create a profound sense of disconnection between the person (body) and their soul.

It can present itself as unbearable emotional pain, inability to process trauma, withdrawal/dissociation from life, all of which I have experienced. It’s a very heavy feeling.

The process of calling back the soul (or soul retrieval) is a reconnection process where you reclaim the lost parts of yourself — parts that might have withdrawn, fragmented, or been overshadowed by the trauma. I have unknowingly done this for experiences that occurred in this life and past life’s.

This is necessary because the tension between the trauma and the soul’s experience can become unbearable if left unaddressed.

If a person is unable to integrate the trauma into their sense of self, it can lead to feelings of disorientation, emptiness, anxiety, and despair. The soul retrieval or calling back process is an act of self-reclamation — bringing back the lost fragments, reuniting the person with their essence, and allowing them to heal and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

THIS SHIT IS POWERFUL!!

I used to pull them during hard times (particularly with my relationships) to provide myself with some clarity or guidance or an answer on what the fuck to do next.

Fast forward to today where they are a must during my daily practice as they enhance my psychic and intuitive abitlties.
They provide me with a visual or starting point to explain what I am receiving intuitively.

They guide the conversation / reading through a perfect unfolding for the client ✨

Since healing a past life witch wound, this ancient technique has become second nature to me again, as if I had just forgotten how to use them in this lifetime.

I am not gifted or special, this is simply a tool I believe I have used for many lifetimes and when I connect to my feminine energy, my intuitive abilities come naturally, as its how I operate.

My intention with my work including using tarot is to guide you back to yourself. Always reminding you of how powerful you are, that you hold the answers within. I am simply here as an example of that, so you can feel into that high vibration showing you that living intuitive is available for you too, if you choose!

Energy plays a huge role in relationships, if the energy is off so is the relationship and it can get to a point where you feel like you have no other choice but to separate and in some cases this is what needs to occur but not always!! If you address the imbalance of energies, the relationship could be salvaged.

I have openly spoken about Matty and my relationship being one of a rollercoaster and it’s because we started off with me in my masculine, and him in the feminine, then shifted back to our natural states and so it got rocky there (multiple times).

This occurred because my body couldn’t deal with being in masculine anymore and a shift was NEEDED in order to survive and so I took radical responsibility for the role I was playing. Now it all makes sense, however during it felt like I was pushing Matty away even though he is all I wanted and it’s because our energies weren’t in balance!

In a relationship, you choose to be a team so if you both are showing up in your most authentic, solid, natural self well the relationship is built on a strong foundation and create a secure relationship.

It’s universal law that a natural balance of energy between masculine and feminine occurs, so if the women takes on the masculine, the man will naturally fall into feminine and vice versus. This is help with the ebbs and flows of life, for example if a man goes through a loss he can move into feminine to grieve and the women steps up to take lead.

We just need to come back into our natural energies, to bring back balance.

I can’t personally speak on this so I got Matty to share, as he has made the shift which I have had the honour to witness, he has gone from the emotionally weak, implusive, numbed out boy to a strong, open and determined man!

He said the main things that helped him shift was:
- Owning your shit, taking responsibility for everything! Blaming others for your fuck ups, is the weak approach. He got to a point where he just had enough of the same old shit, and decide to be accountable for himself.
- Going to the gym is a big contributor, moving your body helps clear the mental load. Adding in my opinion here, as I believe it helps him move emotions, as it’s energy in motion so I believe this helps him shift emotions, instead of my approach which is crying to shift, he moves to shift.
He said it also creates a healthy and fit body which is a big thing, as he loves to enjoy running around with the kids and playing footy.
- Setting goals to stay on track and focused in all the different areas of life, it helps him think long term instead of making short lived implusive decisions.
- Stopped looking outside of himself. He said he has learnt to deal with whatever is happening in his life with the person it’s happening with, eg me.. if we have issues, we fix them not people outside the relationship.
He also filters through advice from others, when he is sharing ideas and goals, as most people aren’t living the life he aspires too.
- Eating right, goes hand in hand with the gym, he says but when he feels good inside, he chooses better for himself, less likely to eat crap which then has a flow on affect with gym, mindset, motivation etc.

From my prescriptive here as a lot of you may be the women witnessing the man’s power or disconnection.

Knowing you can’t change someone, you also cannot help someone doesn’t want help, you truly can only shift your energy so focus on yourself, and your energy, yes this can be hard while in the same house (explains why Matty and I separated many times!) but when you take radical responsibility and tune into your feminine energy he will either shift with you or not and you have to be ready to choose you!!

If your dominant energy is feminine then here is how to know when you are connected to your natural energy flow or when you are disconnected (pinched yourself off).

You will know which side you are on, by what feelings resonate the most.
Let’s remember we can move between the two and that is okay, we are Earthly Souls (physical and non physical).

So depending which slide resonates the most, shows you (and only you) if you need to stay where you are and keep doing what you are doing or turn within and take radical responsibility for your life to change it - it’s in your hands.
This can feel either powerful or disempowering DEPENDING what state you are in.

Things that have helped me regain my balance
- Shadow work; transmuting shadows into energy that I do want to experience in this life.
- Spending time on my own; I needed to create space for myself away from my kids and partners to just be me, to take myself out on coffee dates and remember that I am me first.
- Energy work; I’ve done it on myself or asked a mentor or coach for help with areas I just couldn’t move through on my own, as theh we’re not up close and personal with it and could provide amazing insights that I couldn’t see through my shit.
- Moving my body; this helps move energy on a physical level as well!
- Checking in daily with my body and energy; this can vary person to person but find what feels right, breathwork or meditation or both, something where you are focusing on your body, quieting the mind and allowing your energy to be felt.

You can live a connected life, if you choose.
Not choosing is also a choice so make a decision on how you wish to feel and move towards it.

I actually cried making this, because fuck this life has been hard and what I get to experience now is more than I could have ever imagined!

You can never have one without the other while on earth, as you are both physical and non physical!

I just recently released a huge wound, that my energetic being was holding onto for my entire 32 years earthside, and right now I am going through the physical regulation of the body.

If you do any energy releasing there should be a physical shift that occurs too, depending on the amount of energy shifted it can be as small as a sensation or a lightness throughout the body to a full blown ‘sickness’ or in other word physical releasing eg need to rest for three days as you feel like you are getting a cold/flu or even vomiting as your body is physically clearing the shit out!
They go hand in hand here on earth, which is important to remember. We are both, so we need to understand both.

During the physical regulation, you can use it to tune deeper into your body, feel the shift, and understand your body, ask it questions - you will always receive answers if you allow space to hear.

Allow it to do its thing, you don’t need to anything except allow and listen, and do as your body needs.
