These two guided pauses are simple spaces to bring your awareness back into the body.

 

They are not techniques to fix anything.

They are moments to pause from the constant doing and return to the present.

 

Sometimes we move through the day in activation.

The mind running, the body holding tension, the nervous system taking in more stimulation than it can process.

 

Other times we feel low in energy or disconnected from ourselves.

Both of these pauses are here to support you in coming back to center.

 

Through gentle awareness of breath and bodily sensation, the body begins to settle naturally.

Nothing needs to be forced.

 

When we give the body space to be felt, it responds.

It releases, regulates, and returns to balance.

 

You may notice sensations in the body.

You may notice emotions or energy moving.

You may simply feel the breath deepen and the mind become quieter.

 

This is the nervous system remembering that it is safe.

 

The 5 minute pause is a short reset you can use anytime throughout the day when you feel activated, overwhelmed, or caught in the doing.

 

The 10 minute pause allows you to go deeper into awareness, creating space between the activity of the mind and the intelligence of the body.

 

These pauses are not separate from life.

They are invitations to live from within.

 

To feel the body.

To listen.

To return to the quiet awareness that is already here.
