Embodied Awareness Workshop

Do you find yourself stuck in the same emotional patterns in your relationships?

These workshops are for women who want to understand why this keeps happening — and learn how to respond with clarity instead of spiralling.

Relationships reflect our unconscious patterns.

They reveal where we become protective, reactive, or disconnected from ourselves.

When met with presence, those moments become opportunities for clarity instead of conflict.

This is not therapy or counselling.

It’s awareness-based relational work in a grounded, supportive space.

What to Expect:

A monthly two-hour in-person workshop designed to help you understand and shift emotional patterns in your relationships through grounded reflection, presence, and gentle embodiment.

Each gathering includes:

• Spoken teaching on a core relationship theme

• Guided reflection to help you see your own patterns clearly

• Space for optional sharing

• A gentle embodied process to support emotional release and nervous system regulation

You’ll be held in a space that helps you soften emotional intensity, see your patterns clearly, and reconnect with steadiness beneath the story.

You can attend one or come to all.

No fixing. No pressure. Just clarity and presence.

Doors open at 9.50am for gentle arrival.

We begin at 10am and close by 12pm.

Come as you are. Wear something comfortable. Tea will be shared before and during the workshop.
