I’m Kate.

I’m a mum, a partner, and a woman living a very human life while also being deeply aware of the layers that sit beneath it.

My work is not about fixing yourself or improving parts of who you are, it’s about bringing all of who you are here.

 

Like many of us, since 2012 I have been exploring what exists beyond the mind and body, tapping into the spiritual realms, moving into awareness, and understanding the deeper layers of what we are. For years the work lived there, in the non-physical, in the beyond.

But something has shifted, in the collective and within me personally.

We are being asked to come back.

Not away from our depth but to bring it here. All the way here, into the body, into the relationships, into the ordinary moments of being a mother, a woman, a human living a real life.

 

Just over a year ago I experienced a profound awakening. Who I thought I was, fell away completely. Awareness stepped in and for a time, that was all there was vast, quiet, real.

And then the humanness came back, the emotions, the pattern, the relationships, the body. All of it returning to the surface, not to undo what had opened, but to be met by it. To be integrated.

That is what I have been living since and that is what this work is now.

 

The invitation of this time is not to transcend our humanity, it is to embody it fully as spirit, as woman, as mother, as essence.

To bring the non-physical all the way into the physical and watch what ripples out from there.

 

Over time I explored many modalities, mind body work, intuitive and energy practices, somatic approaches, each offered something however none were the whole answer.

What remained was something simpler.

Awareness.

Presence.

The capacity to stay with what is here and a deepening ability to be fully in this human body, not separate from it, but as it.

Spirit and flesh as one.

I know this not because I studied it but because I lived it and still are, everyday!

 

The deeper we go into the body, the more we access beyond it and the more we access beyond it, the more fully we can live here.

This is integration.

 

This work meets you where you are whether that’s through the body, the emotions, the patterns, or simply a sense that there is something more asking to come through you right now.

And beyond the personal, this extends further.

As each of us integrates, as we bring our full selves into our full lives we shift the energy we carry, the way we relate, and the way we move through the world.

And ultimately this is how we shift the collective.
